Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate department activities and projects to ensure quality and meet timelines
- Recommend and coordinate required changes based on process analysis
- Supervise staff in accordance to company policies and procedures
- Responsible to meet department productivity and quality goals
- Responsible for staff scheduling to include: work assignments/rotations, employee training, employee vacations, employee breaks, overtime assignment, back-up for absent employees, and shift rotations
- Conduct interview, hire new operators, and provide employee orientation
- Establish employee goals and conduct employee performance reviews
- Coach and provide career development advice to staff
Job Requirements
- Min "O" Level with 3 years relevant supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Good communication and leadership skills
Good team player and interpersonal skills
