Job Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance and support to warehouse operations and production in their daily processes
- Manage technical issues arising during production
- Perform routine housekeeping and maintenance of machinery
- Conduct troubleshooting and corrective maintenance on machines
- Install fixtures or perform replacement tasks as needed
- Maintain accurate records for daily, monthly, and annual maintenance schedules
- Track and manage stock of equipment and supplies relevant to the role
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and effectively with strong communication skills
- Electronic devices handling and deployment, inventory handling for inbound / outbound / RMA, inventory management, cycle count, etc
Requirement:
- Possess Professional Certificate / Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering/ or equivalent.
- Good communication skill in both writing and verbal.
- Experienced/Knowledge in Automation machine, PLC and UV printer is highly recommended
- Experience in using Warehouse Management System is an advantage
- Proficiency in PC/MAC operations including MS office and system software
