Job Responsibilities:
· To lead the warehouse staff to improve productivity and efficiency
· To supervise the receiving, kitting and shipment accordingly to the production plan by the planning department efficiently
· Implement and manage inventory control to ensure discrepancies and optimize stock levels
· To lead the team to ensure the SAP system and physical stocks are well maintained
· To ensure the safety, 5s and the efficient of the store arrangement together with the team
· To ensure coordination of the store equipment maintenance with the facility department
· To coordinate closely with other departments (production, supply chain, quality) to ensure smooth production processes
· To prepare regulars reports on warehouse operations and ensure all deliveries are documented properly
· Performing of monthly and quarterly stock take
Job Requirements
- At least Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Business or Engineering
- At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing warehouse environment.
- Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and with knowledge in SAP would be an advantage
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Must be a team player
