Job Responsibilities:
- To assist in full spectrum of HR functions which includes recruitment & orientation, employee insurance, surveys, compensation & benefits, employee relations & wellness activities
- To maintain accurate HR database and up-to-date employees' records
- To update and maintain staff, leave and claim records
- To assist with process of foreign work passes
- To disseminate and maintain staff communication for HR policies and statutory updates
- To ensure that current HR practices are in compliance with MOM regulations
- To support HR manager in ad-hoc HR related projects
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree/Post GraduateDiploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Meticulous in work, tactful & ability to interact with different levels of people
- Computer literate - MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Able to coordinate and work well with others
