Job Description:
- Responsible for the planning and execution of the construction works,
- Works closely with client, vendors, subcontractors, consultants and engineering team to ensure timely construction,
- Manages field engineers and supervisors,
- Plans and manages temporary works,
- Ensures works are executed according to contract specifications,
- Chairs construction progress meeting and daily construction coordination meetings.
Requirements:
- Ten (10) years of construction experience or be accredited to Accredited Construction Professional B under CPAS,
- Familiar with use of BIM for construction,
- Able to work in team environment,
- Ability to manage and develop less experienced staff.
