Requirement:

– GCE ’O’ Level Equivalent and above

– Chinese and English as Main Working Languages

Duties and Responsibilities:

– Obey the Assignments and Orders delegated by Supervisor

– Build good customer service rapport with customers

– Be patient with customers during phone calls

– Able to fulfil basic phone call procedures

– Able to analyze existing inventory data

– Be familiar with every aspect of work in your department, so that in the event a colleague is absent, the subject worker is able to temporarily take on duties of the absentee and resume work flow.

– Complete Other Tasks Assigned to You by Supervisor

Job Description:

– Issue Invoice, Schedule Delivery, and Inform Logistics

发货单、安排发货、及通知货运部

– Issue Order Summary after confirmation with customers and inform respective drivers

与客户确认后发出总单,然后通知有关司机取单送货

– Issue Cash Invoice to specific list of customers

为特定客户发出付现货单

– Follow-up with customer-accounts for payment status and schedule

向客户查询欠款付清日期

– Manage Logistics Team Group Chat and handle phone recorded messages

向物流队的简讯群组收发讯息及接听电话录音

– Handle entire week’s Bill Settlements

处理一周的销售单据

– Handle Suppliers’ Invoices

处理供应商单据

– Pack and arrange stationery, uniforms and other related office equipment

整理文具、制服及其他设备

– Ensure cleanliness of the entire office at the end of workday

下班前确保办公室的整洁
