The retail assistant will be part of the team responsible for the Retail Pharmacy business.
You will be supporting the pharmacist to fulfill customers’ needs based on their requirements, achieve sales targets, retain and build new customer base and handle the store operational tasks. Retail sales, including cashier duties, ordering and replenishment of stocks, inventory control, assisting in the display of merchandise as well as executing promotional activities.
Requirements:
- Previous retail sales and customer service experience
- 5 days work retail schedule (shifts, weekends and public holidays) based on roster
- Possess a cheerful disposition, honest, reliable, diligent, dynamic
- Excellent attention to details
- Computer literacy in operating POS scanning and Inventory management systems; working knowledge of Word, Excel, email
- Strong organisation, planning and implementation skills
- Ability to identify potential problems before they occur
- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills; ability to communicate across all levels within company and with external vendors and service providers
- Willing to accept new challenges
