- Perform route planning and scheduling of daily mantainance Service appointments
- Manage job status updates and attend to customer service request inquiries/appointments via email, phone calls, and text messages.
- Interact with customers to provide information in response to service charges and type of service required, feedback and complaints effectively
- Assist to generate new contracts, service contracts renewal, and working closely with the sales representatives.
- Prepare and send E-billings after job completion
- Record payments in accounts receivable
- Follow up with customers to ensure overdue invoices are resolved
- Ad hoc duties as assigned
