Roles & Responsibilities
· Comply and assist in implementing the requirements of the WSH Act and all its subsidiary and statutory legal legislations.
· Inspection of site daily and take appropriate corrective actions, prepares inspection report for project team to take an immediate action.
· To investigate accidents / incidents / dangerous occurrences & put up reports & recommend remedial actions.
· Conduct in-house safety orientation for all new joiners to the site, and also conduct daily tool box meeting.
· Inspect project sites to ensure safety measures are being carried out at all times.
· To conduct risk assessment and identify safety hazards on site
· Work closely with WSHO and safety personnel to ensure safety are compliance
. Any ad-hoc job assigned by superior
· To participate in mass safety talk, tool box meeting and
housekeeping.
Requirements
· WSQ in Workplace Safety and Health.
· WSQ Advance Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health.
· Minimum 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
· Knowledge of ISO and OSHA safety standard.
· Team oriented, attentive to details and organized.
· A fast worker who is able to deliver under tight timelines.
· Able to start work immediately or within short notice
