This is a full-time on-site role for an Admin & Events Assistant located in Singapore. You will be the first full time office hire in the Singapore office, as part of a growing team of 30 globally.
The Admin Assistant will be responsible for undertaking daily administrative tasks, assisting in event planning and management, and utilising strong organisational and communication skills to support the team. The role will involve coordinating with various stakeholders, managing event logistics, and ensuring smooth execution of events.
Qualifications
- Keen interest in Kbeauty and Korean related pop culture
- Diploma Holder preferred
- Independently manage all administrative matters for the office, receiving office deliveries, office records management
- Managing Singapore entity related administrative tasks
- Liaise with external teams overseas
- Help out with stocktake where required
- Other ad-hoc administrative task
Offline Management
- Liaising and managing upcoming vendor events - Watsons, Guardian, Department Stores, Pop Ups
- Independently manage all administrative matters for the office, receiving office deliveries, office records management, including receiving, merchandisers schedule and store restocking
- Managing print and fabrication of items
- Managing delivery and coordinating setup of the fabrications
- Manage onsite setup of fabrications where required
- Attending events where required
Travel to Korea may be incentive, depending on business needs and budget
