- Control & manage resources to maximize test equipment uptime & capacity for production requirements.
- Modify, install & improve test systems and test procedures.
- Control cost & forecast budget / expenditure.
- Maintain documentation system.
- Participate in employee involvement team.
- Conduct regular PM on test equipment.
- Provide training to Test Engineering Assistant / Technician.
- Perform special projects.
- Resolve all test hardware & software issues to meet zero TPF.
- Develop & drive action of the test TTT for all products.
- Modify test software to enhance test method.
- Degree preferably with 3 year experience in Manufacturing.
- Independent and able to work under minimum supervision
- Ability to develop good working relationship with colleagues and vendors.
- Good organizing skills, Microsoft Excel/Word/PPT
- Familiar with typical test equipment
- Task driven to see things through completion
