Job description:
- Develop genAI-based solutions that involve LLM, RAG, image-related algorithms, etc
- Provide fully customized user experience, including recommender, search, or other classification and regression tasks
- Design, develop, and implement advanced analytical models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
- Analyze large datasets to extract insights, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to understand business needs and deliver actionable insights.
- Lead the end-to-end data science process, from data collection and cleaning to model deployment and monitoring.
- Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences through visualizations and presentations.
- Mentor and guide junior data scientists and analysts in best practices and methodologies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in data science, machine learning, and AI to continually enhance team capabilities.
Job requirement:
- Master’s in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related role
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL
- Experience with optimization techniques (e.g., linear programming, convex optimization)
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques
- Familiarity with large-scale software engineering (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts to a diverse audience
