Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, particularly within the software or technology sectors, and a proven track record of success. You will be responsible for selling our POS and tech software solutions to business owners, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Generation:Identify, qualify, and engage potential business clients to sell POS and technology software solutions.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with business owners and key decision-makers.
Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Product Demonstration & Presentation:Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
Clearly articulate the features, benefits, and value propositions of our software solutions.
- Negotiation & Closing:Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure sales while maintaining profitability.
Close deals efficiently and ensure a smooth transition to the onboarding team.
- Collaboration & Feedback:Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to provide market feedback and contribute to product enhancements.
Participate in regular sales meetings and contribute to team goals.
- Reporting & Documentation:Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software.
Prepare and submit sales reports as required.
- Continuous Learning:Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge through training and professional development.
Qualifications
- Experience:Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in software, technology, or related fields.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Skills:Strong understanding of POS systems and technology software solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Other:Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients.
