At Oat & About, we’re all about creating oat milk ice cream and plant-based baked treats that make people smile. We're looking for someone who loves baking and has a passion for desserts to join our team full-time!
What You’ll Do:
- Produce Ice cream
- Bake yummy treats like cookies, brownies, or cones that go perfectly with our ice cream.
- Get creative with new recipes and flavor combos.
- Manage ingredients and make sure our baking area stays organized.
- Manage day-to-day shop duties: serving customers, keeping the shop clean and inviting.
- Provide awesome customer service with a friendly attitude.
What We’re Looking For:
- Someone who loves baking and desserts.
- Either you’ve been to baking school or you’ve been baking at home for at least 2 years.
- You can handle a busy environment and keep your cool.
- You’re creative and like experimenting with new recipes and ideas.
- Detail-oriented and committed to making every treat perfect.
- Willing to work weekends and holidays (because ice cream cravings don’t take breaks!).
Bonus Points If:
- You’ve worked in a bakery or ice cream shop before.
- REQUIRED - Food safety and handling (has proof of cert for Food Safety Course Level 1 )

Pay: $2,300.00 - $2,500.00 per month
