Jobs Responsibilities
- Attend to post sales requests, forms preparation & submissions to different carriers and follow-up/negotiate with insurers/underwriters
- Work with Consultants, Referral Partners & Clients on fulfilling post sales requests
- Update Consultants, Referral Partners & Clients on post sales request status and ensure post sales request status are updated in the system
- Engage Referral Partners & Clients to guide on post sales documentation and intervene with service recovery
- Ensure client documentation are complete
- Work closely with Sales Team, Sales Ops Team & Compliance Team to address servicing & regulatory needs
- Manage and bring all the sales requests under care into completion, in a timely manner (includes follow-up with insurers)
- Assist in policy comparison for client’s annual reviews
- Drive process & team efficiency
- Train and mentor team members
Job Requirements
- Good people / relationship skill with Insurers, Clients, Bankers and Consultants
- Drives efficiency in inforce process to shorten the overall service cycle
