An experienced IT Application Support Consultant, or IT Business Analyst, with strong understanding of SAP Concur and other related IT support tools, providing Level 1 support to clients.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for 1st Level technical support for SAP Concur, Coupa and other relevant IT systems.
- Responsible for resolving any technical issues related to SAP Concur, and Coupa.
- Ensure timely and efficient problem resolution.
- Assist users in understanding and utilizing application functionalities.
- Log and track incidents.
- Ensure proper documentation and follow-up.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest application developments and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Degree in Information Technology, or Computer Science, or its related field.
- Minimum 1 year of SAP Concur or Coupa support experience.
- Good understanding of SAP Concur modules such as Travel, Expense, Invoice, etc.
- Experience with other procurement and expense management tools, e.g., Coupa.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Good knowledge in business process and ability to interact with business users.
- Good written and oral communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin language is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently in providing support and problem-solving.
- Ability to work under pressure.
