Roles & Responsibilities
- Experience working in food and beverage industry
- Managing organizational sales by developing business plans that covers sales, revenue and expense controls
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team
- Conduct training and coaching for your sales team
- Developing your sales team through motivation, counselling and product knowledge education
- Promoting the organization and products
- Understand our ideal target audience and how they best relate to our products
- Relationship building with new and existing customers
- Provide business development and strategic insight into specific market segments designated by upper management
- Work with management to create and implement sales strategies and policies to develop business in the respective markets
- Able to work weekends and public holidays
