Description
- Maintain a good relationship with customer
- Answer incoming phone enquiries and email enquiries
- Updates of schedule, excel and inform relevant parties on the changes
- Prepare and send quotations, invoices and agreement to customers
- Able to support customers on phone regarding service agreement or quotation or payment issue
- Maintain database
- Prepare and send serving quotation, invoice and etc.
- Update driver ETA
- Need to support in emailing work at times
Requirement:
- Must have at least 1 year working experience
- Able to work on 5.5 days (Sat - work from home)
- Must know MS Office
-Must be team player
