Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented User Experience Design Intern to join our visionary team. In this role, you will assist in enhancing the usability and overall experience of our digital platforms, ensuring that our services are accessible and engaging for all users. This internship provides a valuable opportunity for students or recent graduates in UX design, human-computer interaction, or a related field to gain hands-on experience in a supportive, community-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Assist in conducting user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights on user needs and behaviours.
2) Collaborate with the design team to create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that effectively communicate design concepts.
3) Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for improving user experiences across our digital platforms.
4) Help analyse user feedback and data to identify areas for enhancement and optimization.
5) Support the development of design guidelines and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across all user interfaces.
6) Assist in creating user personas and scenarios to guide design decisions and enhance user engagement.
7) Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform design strategies.
8) Contribute to the documentation of design processes and decisions for future reference.

Preferred Qualifications:
