Job Description
- Manage and co-ordinate the entire shipment process for export customer service.
- Plan / schedule space for all origin stations.
- Coordinate shipments closely with various departments to ensure shipments are executed correctly and timely.
- To observe and control daily operational issues in compliance with Customer’s requirements.
- Handle carriers feedbacks.
- Be the main contact between Carriers and Schenker.
- Book shipments with carriers
- Monitor contract space fulfilment.
- Plan build up space
- Check uplift status and inform relevant parties.
- Follow up with airlines on shipments enquiries (airlines/tracing issues)
