Working hours: Four days week (0700AM to 0400PM)
One day per week (0700AM - 0330PM)
Location: Goodman Road
Requirements:
- GCE 'O' level.
- 1 year of experience in similer service
- Proficient in MS office.
- Customer service skills.
- Scope of works:
- Run the reception counter at school’s General Office. Attend to walk-in customers and phone calls.
- Distribute fax, mails, and parcels. Route the emails received in school generic email.
- Collect / distribute documents from / to students, e.g. survey forms, NRIC, Graduation certificates, application forms, etc.
- Book bus transport for staff; tally the invoice with the booking form.
- Take care of students coming to sick bay, including the administration of simple first aid for students.
- Update students’ contacts into the system.
- Preferably has past working experience with reporting hours at 7.00am or earlier.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the administration manager.
