Job Responsibilities:
· 360 degrees, end-to-end recruitment processing
· To actively generate business leads and pipelines through various approaches
· To regularly visit clients' sites to build rapport and to provide recruitment needs
· To source, identify and approach suitable candidates using LinkedIn and other sources
· Developing connections and new business and relationship management sources with existing accounts.
Requirements:
· Have minimally 1 year in agency recruitment
· Have a proven consistent track record of active business development (new client terms signed + account management)
· Have a strong personal desire to succeed and achieve
· Are a good team player and enjoy a positive, energetic, and driven office culture
