Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensuring smooth day-to-day operation of the site
- Liaising with the main or sub-contractor to coordinate work and installation
- Managing and assigning jobs for workers
- Planning daily job schedule and workflow
- Monitoring site safety and ensure all safety requirements are enforced
- Managing all on-site matters and assisting in technical issues
- Perform other/ ad-hoc duties assigned by management or superior
- Able to perform hand on work on welding, hacking, demolition and water-proofing
- Managing all on-site matters and assisting in solving technical issues
- Willingness to work in non-climate controlled conditions (heat/ cold/ outdoor)
- Must be physically fit and healthy
- Familiar with Singapore route
- Ability to work across a wide range of works individually and in a team environment
- Must be willing to work long hours and weekends if required
- Ability to lift heavy materials and equipments
- Able to use Auto Cad and MS Office
- Must have minimum Class 3 driving licence
- Minimum 5 years relevant working experience
- Working Hours -Monday to Saturday 9am to 6pm
- Monthly Salary -$3,200 to $4,000
