We’re looking for an experienced CDM/CRM individual who will oversee, support and drive the offering within the client business.
Working as a member of our wider marketing team, this role requires an individual who has an appreciation of both numbers and aesthetics. The ideal candidate is a mix of relationship leader + creative problem solver + data/ media strategist who is immersed in today’s trends and culture.
This is a role that balances both form and function. The scope would be centered around implementing world-class campaigns for our client and balancing the work with local insights and data.
We’re looking for a candidate who is a relationship builder, energetic, a proactive team player with a can-do approach to the everyday, as well as thrive on delivering creative solutions to business problems. The CDM/CRM specialist will work in close collaboration with the wider team, agencies and opinion leaders in Singapore. The candidate must be comfortable working to an agile model and helping the team to implement new processes, framework + best practices so as to bring social and content to another level.
- Demonstrate an inherent understanding of the role CDM/CRM can play in wider brand and digital ecosystems and provide strategic direction that’s single minded in delivering to key objectives such as Brand love
- Grow and enhance quality of customer database, develop and execute plans to continually engage, inform and educate the database to elevate their experience with the client brand
- Deploy data analytics to identify potential customers, and utilize appropriate digital platforms to serve them relevant content
- Explore audience-level segmentation and targeting beyond device ownership identifier to enrich the quality of our database and its targeting capabilities for targeted communication
- Plan and deliver content strategies to encourage customer recruitment, retention and loyalty
- Analyze and track conversion rates of initiatives to propose and execute improvement plans
- Set up and execute campaigns on owned channels such as EDM, Push Notification and Whatsapp my biz
- Evaluate customer research and market conditions to refine strategies and plans
- Collaborate and coordinate with internal teams/departments, agencies and vendor partners to ensure digital marketing efforts contribute to the business and increase brand equity
- Coordinate with cross-business units for campaign planning and execution of cross-business online store campaigns
- Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing
- Support strategies to drive online traffic to the company website and Online Store with conversion efforts
- Contribute to the social media and media strategy execution i.e. first party data retargeting
- Support the development and implementation of digital marketing plans including media strategy, budget, KPI and performance measurement (incl. Facebook and Google Offline Conversion) to adhere to regional best practices
- Monitor and influence media buying performance or value improvements to ensure delivery against commitments
- Conduct conversion optimization, use data-driven analysis and insights to improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness
- Ensure digital campaigns are properly tagged, tracked and executed in timely manner
- Apt in powerpoint presentation and ability to lead the agency with a strategic mindset
- Manage billing activities for CDM activities including cross-business units spends
We're looking for someone who can demonstrate:
- Min 6-8 years of proven working experience in digital marketing, preferably in CRM, database marketing
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Passionate about the science and art of digital marketing
- Commercial awareness to secure buy-in of internal stakeholder partners and external
- Familiar with Marketing Communications and Media Analysis
- Familiar with paid platforms like Google Marketing Platforms, Facebook Business Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, Dynamic Tag Manager and with analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics etc.
- Ability to manage SAP and CRM dashboards
- Experience in working in a cross departmental matrix team
- Strong ability to manage internal and external stakeholders, including relaying insights to all levels of seniority
- Meticulous attention to detail, with a logical and methodical approach to problem solving
- Able to bring new digital innovations from media and media platforms/content to drive marketing objectives and deliver business outcomes
This is a 6-month fixed term contract and depending on candidate's performance, with the opportunity to extend or convert into a permanent role.
