Seeking an experienced Rewards Specialist to join the Rewards team. You will be responsible for designing and implementing competitive rewards programs to attract and retain talent in Singapore and APAC countries. Strong problem-solving, data analysis, and stakeholder collaboration skills are essential.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support the development, execution, and oversight of compensation programs and initiatives.
- Oversee the Performance Management Process, including administration of the online appraisal system.
- Contribute to the enhancement of related policies and systems.
- Ensure accurate and timely distribution of annual bonuses to employees.
- Participate in external market surveys to gather relevant data and stay informed of best practices in Rewards management.
- Conduct comprehensive job evaluations to assess roles and determine appropriate compensation levels.
- Perform market-related pay research and benchmarking, periodically reviewing reward packages to maintain competitiveness and making necessary adjustments.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant rewards experience.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for data analysis, report generation, and effective communication.
