My client is a M&E contractor, who has various upgrading projects with existing building clients.
Required a FM or Facilities Engineer to manage Facility Maintenance Projects.
Job Description
Take up the Key account personnel responsibilities of company’s entrusted Facility Maintenance (FM) projects
- Liaise with Clients and internal department related to FM requirement or any services.
- Liaise and lead meeting with clients and follow up on necessary
- Attend meetings and provide submission of necessary reports to clients and management
- provide quotations to clients as and when fault is found
- Manage deployment for manpower in all FM projects
- Provide training or plan and send FM personnel for upgrading requirement
- Manage manpower deployment to all projects with full compliance to safety requirement
- May need to manage a few buildings, not permanent station at one site
Requirement
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management
- Min 2 years experience for engineer
- Min 5 years experience for Manager
- Preferred with ACMV knowledge
