Role & Responsibilty
- Responsible for quantity take-offs and Cost Control functions for project.
- Subcontracts management.
- Preparation of monthly progress claims for work completed.
- Tracking of Subcontractors/ Suppliers obligations required as per agreement.
- Administering variations to subcontractors and suppliers.
- Preparation of progress certificates for subcontractors and suppliers.
- Assist in the preparation of the monthly cost reporting and forecasting.
- Identification and pricing of variations to the Contract.
- Assist in preparation of monthly commercial report.
- Maintaining registers of variations, extension of time claims.
- Liaising effectively with site engineers and supervisors to ensure all relevant information in relation to variations. and extension of time claims is captured.
- Any other duties as may be required by the Company.
Requirement
- Diploma / Degree
- Minimum 2 to 5 years experience as a quantity surveyor
- Able to work 6 days work week.
