PRODUCT ENGINEER
• Troubleshooting & set up of semiconductor equipment
• Create procedures for assembly, inspection and testing of equipment
• Collaborating with the engineering team and software team to optimise system design
• Work with cross-functional engineers to resolve system issues
Requirements:
• Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering
• More than 3 years of experience in setting up automation equipment
• Knowledge of electro mechatronic systems
• Able to travel overseas for field support when required
Salary: Up to $5K
