Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated M&E Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and supervision of Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) services installation. This role requires close collaboration with consultants, subcontractors, and site operation teams to ensure that all work is executed accurately and on time, in accordance with project specifications and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Planning & Coordination: Lead the planning and technical coordination of M&E services installation work to ensure seamless project execution.
- Supervision & Liaison: Supervise and liaise closely with consultants, subcontractors, and the site operation team to facilitate smooth installation processes on site.
- Scheduling & Control: Schedule, supervise, and control subcontractors to ensure their work is performed accurately and within specified timelines, adhering to contract drawings and specifications.
- Review Submissions: Review submissions from subcontractors to ensure compliance with project requirements and quality standards.
- Testing & Commissioning: Implement and oversee the Testing and Commissioning plan to ensure all systems are tested and operational before handover.
- Technical Support: Provide technical advice and support to the ACMV team regarding on-site issues, ensuring effective problem-solving.
- Ad-Hoc Tasks: Undertake any other ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned by management to support project objectives.

Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in M&E services installation and management.
- Technical Skills: Strong ability to interpret M&E designs and drawings, with a good understanding of codes and regulatory requirements.
- Team Management: Proven experience in managing teams effectively, with strong leadership and communication skills.
