Responsibilities:
- Lead the automation and autonomous development of warehouse processes, and exploring new frontiers in warehouse technology.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize human-machine collaborations, ensuring lean and effective spares/material storage and distribution from Warehouse to Fab.
- Ensure the timely and accurate receipt and distribution of both inventory and non-inventory goods to internal customers.
- Maintain inventory stock through regular cycle counts and inventory auditing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Masters Degree in Engineering, Science, Supply Chain management, Logistics and related field
- Proficiency in warehouse automation systems, robotics, and related software
- Equivalent experience in warehouse processes, logistics, and supply chain management would be helpful
