Responsibilities
- Multi-Channel Marketing Campaigns: Create, execute, and optimize comprehensive multi-channel marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience and align with company objectives.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, including product development and customer service teams, to ensure marketing efforts are well-coordinated and aligned with the company's overall strategy.
- CRM Utilization: Implement and leverage CRM system to its full potential, ensuring that customer data and insights are used to personalize marketing efforts and improve customer engagement.
- Performance Analysis: Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics, providing actionable insights to drive decision-making and campaign optimization.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to inform marketing strategies.
- Innovation Champion: Actively support and drive innovation within the marketing team and across various projects, both online and offline, to continuously enhance our marketing efforts and stay ahead in the market.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or its equivalent.
- Experience: Have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a marketing role, with a proven track record of successful campaign execution.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite software, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new marketing tools and technologies.
- Marketing Acumen: Demonstrate a solid understanding of marketing concepts, including segmentation, targeting, positioning, and an in-depth knowledge of various marketing channels.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
