Roles & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the media and marketing teams to understand project requirements and develop content that aligns with brand objectives
- Capture high-quality footage and images, both on location and in studio settings
- Edit videos to ensure they align with project goals and brand guidelines
- Research and source for the right media assets (video and static) for the video content
- Manage archiving and organisation of raw and export video files
- Create simple motion graphics (lower thirds, 2D animations) to superimpose on video content
- Operate and maintain production equipment
- Work efficiently to meet deadlines without compromising on quality
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of projects from start to finish
- Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
Criteria and Requirements
- At least 2 year experience with content creation and post-production (portfolio MUST be submitted)
- Strong foundation and understanding of camera operation
- Passionate in content creation, not limited to one specific type of content
- Basic to intermediate proficiency with any Non-Linear Editor (i.e. Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Davinci Resolve)
- Basic to intermediate proficiency with Photoshop
- Willingness to learn the required tools to effectively get the job done
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality content
- An effective team player with excellent communication skills while able to work independently
- Resourceful and problem-solver
- Self-motivated and have a strong passion for learning
