- Proven track record of successful campaign manageme as a Marketing and Development Director for a Turkish restaurant, your job scope and responsibilities would include the following:


Job Scope


1. Strategic Marketing Planning: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement, focusing on the unique aspects of Turkish cuisine.


2. Market Research: Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.


3. Brand Management: Oversee the restaurant's branding efforts, ensuring consistency in messaging, visuals, and customer experience across all platforms.


4. Digital Marketing: Manage the restaurant’s online presence, including social media, website, and online reviews. Develop content that resonates with the target audience.


5. Promotions and Events: Plan and execute promotional campaigns and special events to attract customers and enhance community engagement.


6. Partnership Development: Build relationships with local businesses, influencers, and food bloggers to enhance visibility and drive traffic to the restaurant.


7. Menu Development Support: Collaborate with chefs to create seasonal menus and special offerings that reflect current trends and customer preferences.


8. **Customer Relationship Management**: Implement systems to gather customer feedback and analyze satisfaction to improve services and offerings.


9. Sales Forecasting and Budgeting: Work with management to develop sales forecasts and marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.


10. Staff Training and Development: Train staff on the restaurant’s marketing initiatives, customer service standards, and brand story.
