Job Description
=============
- Supervise and train AV crew
- Operation of all audio-visual equipment with the aim to provide high quality technical standards
- Setup and teardown of AV equipment, led wall at events
- Setup, program and teardown of analog and digital audio mixer at events
- Setup and teardown of lighting at events
- Serve as sound and lighting technician for events
- Ensure that the audio-visual equipment is tested and in correct working order before use at an event
- Investigate equipment faults and recommend actions to rectify
- Maintain audio visual equipment including routine inspections and preventative maintenance
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of video and audio equipment, LED video wall, wireless technology, computers, projectors, and video conferencing equipment
- Coordinate integration with specialty audio visual equipment as needed
- Responsible for cord management & safe set up and dismantle
- Provide regular feedback to Company on communication issues and service improvements
- Liaison with project manager regarding the exact audio-visual requirements for events. This will include assistance with PowerPoint presentations, audio and video conferences
General Requirements

- Singaporeans or PR ONLY
- Experienced Sound, Lighting and AV Technician. Live video mixing experience will be an advantage.
- 2+ years experience training and supervising AV crew.
- Diploma holder will be an advantage.
- Highly responsible, punctual and good time management
- Attention to details and well organised
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
- Team player with good discipline and working attitude
- Service-oriented mindset
- Flexibility to work irregular hours and weekends as required by event schedules
- Versatile, willing and flexible to take on broad spectrum of tasks and new tasks
- Adaptable to changes, stress, and last minute nature of events industry
- Passion about Audio Visual Technology and learning new technologies

- 6 day work week
- Class 3 driving licences will be an added advantage
