Job Requirements:
- At least 20 years’ work experience with a minimum of 12 years' experience of working in non-life insurance and/or reinsurance company.
- At least 8 years' experience of managing insurance operations and/or planning, managing, and delivering transformation projects as a member of management team in a non-life insurance and/or reinsurance company.
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferred)/economics/business management.
- Experience of creating and managing teams.
Job Description:
- Management of Information Technology function of the Company.
- Management of Company’s operations (comprising policy processing, claims processing and business analytics).
- Management of IT as well as Non-IT Transformation Projects.
- Responsibility for implementation and maintenance of Information Security and Cyber Security within the Company.
