Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the healthcare, life sciences, and pharmaceutical sectors.
  2. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within these sectors, leveraging industry knowledge and networks.
  3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including hospitals, research facilities, and pharmaceutical companies, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  4. Market Research: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities, providing insights to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  5. Marketing Collaboration: Develop promotional materials and campaigns tailoredto target audiences, enhancing brand visibility and market penetration.
  6. Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients and consultants, eƯectively communicating the value proposition of our ductwork solutions.
  7. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close deals to secure new business, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
  8. Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
  9. Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, maintaining the highest levels of integrity and professionalism.
  10. Industry Representation: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences, networking with potential clients and partners.
  11. Team Leadership: Train and mentor junior sales staƯ, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their sales goals and develop their skills.
  12. Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve products and services, ensuring they meet the specific needs of the healthcare, life sciences, and pharmaceutical sectors.
  13. Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our ductwork products and services, as well as advancements in HVAC technology relevant to the target sectors.
  14. Collaboration with Engineering: Work closely with the engineering team to ensure that client requirements are accurately translated into technical specifications and project plans.
  15. Budget Management: Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring eƯicient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  16. Sales Training Programs: Design and implement sales training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
  17. Customer Retention Strategies: Develop and execute customer retention strategies to ensure long-term client satisfaction and loyalty.
  18. Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance metrics to evaluate the eƯectiveness of sales strategies and initiatives.
  19. Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the sales process and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
  20. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as finance and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and customer projects.
