- Liaise with subcon to plan, arrange and carry out construction activities.
- Liaise with design department to confirm and clarify design issues.
- Liaise with RE/RTO to carry out inspections.
- Monitor expenses, budgets, and forecasts.
- Ensure quality of work done conform to specifications.
- Able to coordinate well with MEP department.
- Liaise with Shop drawing team and understand CBP and other shop drawing for Quality.
- Liaise with Safety team to maintain temporary facility and prevent unsafe work.
- Handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned.
- Develop and manage project schedules.
- Coordinate daily activities, set priorities, and allocate.
- Implement site safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments and incident investigations.
- Willing to travel to different project site if required.
- Must be willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
Requirements:
1. Must have LTA Projects experience
2. Possess relevant safety certificates such as BCSS etc with have an added advantage.
3. Software knowledge: CAD, MS Project
4. Able to work independently, proactive and self-motivated
