Job Summary
As a Project Manager/Executive, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing our organisation’s projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior management to ensure project success within scope, time, and budget constraints.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Planning: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets.
2. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, assigning tasks and responsibilities. Foster a collaborative and efficient work environment.
3. Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address issues to ensure project success.
4. Resource Management: Allocate and manage project resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
5. Quality Control: Maintain project quality standards through regular monitoring and adherence to best practices.
6. Stakeholder Relations: Build strong relationships with stakeholders (including but not limited to landlord, Contractors, HODs). Understand their needs and expectations and ensure they are met.
7. Communication: Facilitate clear and effective communication between team members, stakeholders, and Senior Management. Provide regular project updates and reports.
8. Budget Management: Monitor project budget, expenses, and financial forecasts. Ensure projects are completed within allocated budget.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in project management, Business Administration, or a related field. PMP certification is a plus.
· Preferably with proven experience as a Project Manager/Executive in Food and Beverage industry.
· Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
· Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
