Job Responsibilities:
- Manage purchase order placement to suppliers in a timely manner based on customer requirements and follow up with suppliers to ensure orders are fulfilled on time.
- Expedite deliveries with suppliers to meet customers’ request date.
- Handle enquiries from internal stakeholders on inventory availability, order pull in and out requests and order cancellation.
- Support Senior supply chain specialist in generating reports, monitoring and analysis of KPIs.
- Provides support in process improvement projects.
Requirements:
- Diploma in supply chain management
- At least 1 year of experience in supply chain such as managing purchase orders
- Experience in SAP
- Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Meticulous with an eye for details
- Team player and able to work independently
