Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Supervisor to join our team. The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the agency's daily operations, managing a team of consultants, and ensuring high-quality service delivery to our clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the education sector, preferably in study abroad consulting, and demonstrate leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of study abroad consultants, ensuring they meet performance goals and provide exceptional service to clients.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the student consulting process and improve client satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of international education systems, admission processes, and visa regulations for various countries.
- Oversee and coordinate the agency's marketing efforts to attract potential students.
- Conduct training and development sessions for new consultants and staff.
- Act as the primary point of contact for resolving escalated issues and addressing client concerns.
- Ensure the agency complies with all legal and regulatory requirements in the education sector.
- Collaborate with international universities and partners to build strong relationships and stay informed of new opportunities for students.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the study abroad or education consulting industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong understanding of international education systems and study abroad procedures.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle complex situations efficiently.
- Proficiency in English (fluency in other languages is a plus).
