Job Summary
- Annual strategic Marketing Planning, and continual improvement plans on a monthly /quarterly basis.
- Development, production & management of events/marketing collaterals - Online & Offline, including the conceptualization of events & campaigns.
- Management and maintenance of CEG & CLC websites and online media platforms (eg, social media) to increase online presence with quality content, handle CLC media communication/enquiries in a timely manner.
- Management of agencies/designers/contractors to co-ordinate design and development of in-house materials/visual designs/brand refresh exercise such as pre-and post-event assessment, tracking of results – leads, conversions and cost-effectiveness.
- Internal coordination of events/marketing activities for product launch for Direct Centres and Preschools, including evaluation of events and marketing activities.
- External Coordination of events/marketing activities including periodic check at branches - display of marketing materials, branding signage, etc.
- Documentation and leads data management.
- Preparation of weekly/monthly compilation of data of new students and prospects hit rates in monthly reports/ad hoc reports - Review of marketing activities, expenses, results and the preview of forthcoming marketing plan.
- Plan and update of budget, actual, and previous year's data, as well as keeping track of marketing invoices and advise on provision when necessary.
- Keeping photobank and marketing/branding design database with backup system in an organized and systematic & retrieval-friendly manner.
- Ensure compliance to PDPA matters- updated personal data protection act and any media regulations; Keep up-to-date of parents/students' agreement for marketing collaterals.
CEG Related Marcom Duties:
- Update corporate ID manual where necessary;
- Manage CEG website / social media - QC CEG’s SBUs’ article content and quality to be loaded on CEG social media, handle enquiries in a timely manner.
- Check and pre-clear the usage of CEG corporate branding in publicity by various SBUs,
- Handle CEG marcom material requested/required by various government agencies e.g ESG,
- Handle media coverage of CEG
- Work on CEG corporate booklet and manage its inventory & distribution where applicable,
- Manage CEG’s corporate gifts where applicable.
Others
- Organizing and attend monthly Combined Marketing Meeting (when assigned) and weekly/ fortnightly meetings.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Marketing / Mass Communication / Business Admin or related fields
- Prior marketing experience would be preferred
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other designing software will be an added advantage
- Team player with good written & spoken communications skills
- Creative, meticulous, organized, detail-oriented and a performance-driven multi-tasker.
