HR Executive – (Cover 4-month Maternity Leave)
Duration: Nov till end of Feb
Working Location: Tuas West Road
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9aam - 6.20pm
Salary: $2400 - $2600
Responsibilities
- Office general administration including filing, order stationery.
- Payroll and benefit administration - checking staff attendance, leave, allowance and submit reports to HR Manager – by using Frontier e-HR software and Excel
- Income Tax clearance
- Work Permit Renew, issue and cancellation
- Training and Development – include safety course arrangements, and update training record
- Assist in all HR related matters
Competence
Diploma in Business Management with relevant working experience
- 1-3 years’ experience in HR roles
- Working experience in manufacturing environment
- Knowledge on payroll administration using any HRIS system
- Familiar with local employment laws and related labor regulations
- Relevant IT skills for work activities – Microsoft Excel, words
