Our client, a local appliances & electronics firm, is looking for a delivery manager to join their expanding team.
The role revolves around managing the whole delivery process of goods and services to clients and overseeing projects timeline, budgeting without compromising quality standards.
This is a collaborative role and involves collaboration across teams which includes customer support development, sales, operational to uphold optimum customer satisfaction.
Successful candidates can anticipate working in a supportive and collaborative environment.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Must hold at least a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Business/Management/ Information Technology or its equivalent
• Possess at least 4 years of experience in project management or delivery management.
• Capable of multitasking and exhibit leadership qualities.
• High Proficieny in Trello, JIRA and Microsoft Project.
• Proven record in project management methodologies such as Waterfall, Kanban, Scrum and Agile
