Job Description:
- Order Processing:
- Process sales orders in the ERP based on the sales order received.
- Ensure that the customers’ orders are processed in time. Work closely with sales team to support the sales process from receiving order to delivery of goods to customers.
- Customer service:
- Receive customers’ request, enquiries from phone calls, emails, face to face. Work with the operation team to provide information to address customers’ requests and enquiries. Gather and record customer feedbacks in CRM and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Invoicing and delivery
- Adhoc tasks
