Responsible for delivering superior client experience through understanding, anticipating and executing client’s transactions and providing excellent administrative and organizational support to Client Partners.
Primary Responsibilities
- Support Client Partners in delivering exceptional client service and experience
- Be point-of-entry contact for clients with account queries or orders, stock orders, payments, etc.
- Assist with account opening, onboarding, due diligence and monitoring activities
- Support with documentation for client meetings, business trips, investment proposals
- Adhere to internal policies & procedures and escalate where necessary
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure that all client accounts comply with legal, compliance and regulatory requirements
- Provides back up for buddy CPAs.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in private banking
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Professional maturity, strong work ethic and the ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing business needs
- Fluency in English and Chinese
- Proficient with all Microsoft 365 apps
