Client Partner Assistant

Responsible for delivering superior client experience through understanding, anticipating and executing client’s transactions and providing excellent administrative and organizational support to Client Partners.


Primary Responsibilities

  1. Support Client Partners in delivering exceptional client service and experience
  2. Be point-of-entry contact for clients with account queries or orders, stock orders, payments, etc.
  3. Assist with account opening, onboarding, due diligence and monitoring activities
  4. Support with documentation for client meetings, business trips, investment proposals
  5. Adhere to internal policies & procedures and escalate where necessary
  6. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure that all client accounts comply with legal, compliance and regulatory requirements
  7. Provides back up for buddy CPAs.

Requirements

  1. Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in private banking
  2. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  3. Professional maturity, strong work ethic and the ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing business needs
  4. Fluency in English and Chinese
  5. Proficient with all Microsoft 365 apps
