· Achieve sales goal through the efficient execution of company policies.
· Packaging and dispatch by arranging local delivery to customer as per quotation/sales requirement.
· Maintaining necessary levels of inventory stock in customer/vendor showroom.
· Counting and sorting of stocks.
· Reporting any discrepancies or damage in stocks to the Managers.
· Clear understanding of the usage of the product, its price and design.
· Attending calls and taking telephone enquiries.
· Assist customers in testing the merchandise and explaining the features present in the products or services being retailed.
· Create a lasting positive impression on the store customer by showing professionalism in addressing their concerns and presenting the solutions that can address their needs.
· Follow company guidelines for managing confidential information and customer satisfaction.
· Provide monthly sales reports to Management team.
