Job Description:
- Successful candidate will participate in integrative translational research focusing on AI, immunology, immunopathology and immune-imaging.
- He/She will actively support and drive multi-disciplinary research and development projects, and assist in laboratory maintenance duties.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Possess a PhD/master degree in Biomedical Sciences/Biological Sciences/Life Sciences or relevant fields such as informatics or/and AI.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Experience with deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch and TensorFlow) and/or image processing and computer vision (e.g., OpenCV, scikit-image, Kornia).
- Capable in analysing the immunology/ bioinformatic/ imaging/ sequencing big data.
- Experience in analysing data from routine laboratory techniques, including mammalian cell culture, FACS, histology (IHC, multiplex-IHC), etc.
- Sound knowledge in tumour biology, immunology, histology and good basic laboratory skills
- Strong desire to learn in a dynamic multi-disciplinary research environment
- Highly motivated, committed, and have passion for research
- Excellent team player, proactive and able to work independently
- Proficiency in project management and multitasking, strive under pressure
- Meticulous, good analytical, technical and problem solving skills
- Great interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
