Requirement
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience
- Skills on Microsoft Exchange 2010, 2013, 2016 (and experience in configuring database availability group, databases)
- Microsoft Lync 2013, 2015 (experience in setting up, configuring sip users, moving users across different front-end pools)
Responsibilities
- Responsible for day-to-day on-premises or/and M365 messaging systems (i.e. MS Exchange, Teams, Lync, Skype, SharePoint, etc) technical support, operations, monitoring, administration, and maintenance in accordance with the project service scope and service level.
- Perform messaging systems service requests, such as configuration changes.
- Provide technical support to escalations / cases relating to Messaging Systems, and document the escalation and resolution
- Provide troubleshooting and technical support via phone, web-based tools, and email.
- Tracking and monitoring the progress of all related requests till completion, Messaging log tracking & troubleshooting
- Perform basic system administration and process standard service request relating to Messaging system
- Provide support for System patching, and server reboot based on Work Instructions, Post Preventive maintenance (OS patching/application) system health check.
