As a Product Manager with the Global Ads Product Strategy Department, you will be responsible for guiding the development and execution of Ad Tech product development by identifying customer needs and market trends, ensuring alignment with business objectives and successful product performance.
Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for the profit and loss of the product.
- Facilitate product improvement by working together with our engineering team in Singapore and business team in Japan to design roadmaps and release plans to improve its performance.
- Be a key decision-maker in the ad product requirement.
- Be a key point of contact with salespersons, agencies, and vendors.
- Manage contract and daily operation flow with agencies and vendors.
- Lead improvement activities in team operations.
- Conduct data analysis to clarify issues and identify improvement points.
- Consider business situations to manage tasks and schedules.
- Take responsibility for achieving targeted KPIs by developing strategies for ad product improvement & expansion.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Must have at least 3 years of project or product management experience.
- Must-have language requirements: Japanese (Business level) as you will be required to communicate frequently with our Japanese counterparts, and English (Business level) to communicate with other stakeholders across APAC region
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint skills required to deliver presentations to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Capable of multi-tasking projects effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and conflict management skills.
- Capable of performing detailed work precisely like report creation and data analysis.
- Good understanding of the internet advertising industry and internet technology.
