Our team in Singapore is looking for an IT Project Manager/Product Owner for our client's team.
Responsibilities
- Digitalization Solution Planning: Develop comprehensive design proposals and system plans tailored to the specific needs of each operational unit. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify requirements and design effective solutions that align with organizational goals.
- User Requirement Analysis: Evaluate digitalization, Data, Cyber & IT projects and clarify user requirements through in-depth analysis and collaboration with users and IT project teams. Ensure that solutions meet user needs and enhance operational efficiency.
- Progress Tracking: Monitor project progress at various stages, ensuring timelines are met and milestones achieved. Control team progress and overall process efficiency to drive successful project outcomes.
- Cross-Departmental Coordination: Coordinate project operations across departments, fostering collaboration and synergy among diverse teams. Assess actual resource allocations and optimize resource utilization for project success.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues affecting project delivery. Implement quality control measures and propose mitigation plans and solutions to address challenges proactively, ensuring project success and minimizing disruptions.
- Communication and Documentation: Prepare presentations and documents for project progress reports and relevant meetings. Communicate project updates, milestones, and outcomes effectively to stakeholders, fostering transparency and alignment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in digitalization or system implementation projects.
- Industrial/Manufacturing/Innovation domains experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
